Return Period
An eligible item may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Standard Eligibility
For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include the original components and accessories, retain its packaging where reasonably possible, and be supported by an order number or other valid proof of purchase.
Start a Request
Email service@velqorixe.com before sending anything back. Provide the order number, item, reason for return, and relevant photos or video if applicable. We will review the request and, if approved, provide the appropriate instructions and warehouse address. Do not send a return to the companyโs registration address unless we expressly instruct you to.
Who Pays Return Shipping
For an eligible preference-based return, such as a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed because of a product or fulfillment problem, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs resulting from that error.
Inspection and Refund
We may inspect an item when it arrives to check the applicable conditions. After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds go back to the original payment method. Our processing generally takes 5โ10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take more time to show the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting images or video if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. We will assess what happened and arrange a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution for the circumstances.
Cancellation
To request cancellation, write promptly to service@velqorixe.com. We will try to act before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment or shipping has started, we cannot guarantee cancellation. There is no cancellation fee if an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
