From order preparation to arrival.
Preparing Your Order
After payment is confirmed, we normally process an order in 2โ4 business days. Preparation can take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, unusually busy periods, or other peaks. This processing period is separate from time in transit.
Standard U.S. Transit
For supported U.S. destinations, standard delivery is generally estimated at 10โ15 business days after dispatch. An estimate is not a promised arrival date. Carrier operations, destination, applicable customs procedures, weather, and seasonal volume can change the actual time.
Cost and Dispatch Location
The shipping methods and charges that apply to your order appear at checkout before you pay. Stock location and destination can determine whether the parcel leaves one of our facilities or a designated fulfillment partner. The dispatch point may differ from our registered business address.
Tracking and Delays
After dispatch, we normally send available tracking details by email or through the applicable tracking method. It may take time for a carrierโs first scan to appear. If tracking is inactive for an extended period or delivery seems unusually delayed, contact service@velqorixe.com with your order number; we will check the available information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner where appropriate.
Missing Packages
If a shipment seems lost, send your order number and tracking details. When tracking says โDelivered,โ first check your mailbox, delivery area, reception, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices. If it still cannot be found, tell us so we can review the circumstances.
Address Accuracy and Split Orders
Please provide a complete shipping address at checkout and report mistakes promptly. A change cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipping has begun. Stock availability or product location may cause an order to arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking where available.
