The terms applying to orders placed with VELQORIXE.
Submitting an Order
When you order, you confirm that your checkout details are accurate and that you are permitted to use the payment method selected. We may review or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including a failed payment, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, lack of stock, technical problems, or legal restrictions.
Products and Display
We work to present product information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation, and similar factors can produce minor differences between a displayed image and the item received.
Prices, Charges and Payment
Applicable prices, discounts, delivery costs, taxes where relevant, and the total are shown at checkout before submission. Payment choices appear at checkout, and orders depend on successful authorization and applicable security checks.
Order Preparation and Delivery
After payment confirmation, orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations generally takes an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs appear at checkout. Fulfillment may take place at our facilities or through designated partners according to stock location and destination.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery under our Return Policy. Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund is sent to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before fulfillment begins. We will make reasonable efforts to help, though cancellation may no longer be possible after fulfillment or dispatch has started. A successfully canceled order before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.
Item Problems
If an item is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially different from its description, email service@velqorixe.com with your order details and photos or video where appropriate. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement.
Promotions and Errors
Offers may have eligibility rules, end dates, product limitations, or other stated conditions. Genuine pricing, description, stock, or technical errors may be corrected. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will explain it and the available resolution.
Consumer Rights
These terms do not remove or limit mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
